Meet one of our Watershed Protection Assistants, Jeff Hembree! Born in Minnesota and raised in Washington, Jeff has been living in Honolulu since 2007. He previously went to Spokane Falls Community College. Jeff loves to knit, bake, cook, and hike. His favorite native plant is ‘uluhe (Dicranopteris linearis) because it’s the first sign of a native Hawaiian forest and soon, you’ll get to the good stuff.
